If you use the contact form or send an email, the information you provide, meaning your name, email address, optional phone number and message, is transmitted so Heather can respond to you. Please do not include clinical details. Email and web forms are not secure or monitored channels.

Clinical Records

Records created once you become a client are handled separately from this website under professional and state requirements, and are described in the paperwork you receive at intake.

Retention

Messages sent through this site are kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a basic record of the inquiry.
