Therapy From WhereverYou Are in Oregon
I am licensed as a Professional Counselor in Oregon and work with people located in Oregon. If getting to downtown Eugene is not realistic because of distance, transport, health, childcare, or simply preferring your own room, we meet by video instead.
How It Works
Three Unhurried Steps
- 01
A free 30-minute call
You say roughly what is going on. I say honestly whether I am the right person for it.
- 02
A link before your session
Sessions run over a secure video platform in your browser. You need a private-enough space, a device with a camera, and a reasonable connection.
- 03
The same work, a different room
Talking, skills work, somatic and mindfulness practices all translate. Younger children sometimes do better in person, and I will tell you if I think so.
Good to Know
The Practical Part
Telehealth is not a lesser version of the work. For a lot of people it is the reason the work happens at all.
- You need to be physically located in Oregon during the session
- Same rates as in person: individual $180, couples and family $250
- Free 30-minute consultation before you commit to anything
- Weekend appointments available
- 24-hour cancellation policy. The full fee applies inside 24 hours.
- In-person sessions remain available in Eugene if you would rather
