Family sessions can include everyone, or a parent and one child, or the parents on their own. I will say plainly which shape I think will help, and I will change it when your family changes. My background sits squarely here: child welfare, schools, residential care, foster parenting, and years of advocating for autistic and disabled people inside systems that were not built for them. I am used to translating between a child, a school and a set of exhausted adults. Family and parent sessions are $250.
